"Alien Mind Warp" by Killer Napkins

This piece is the product of some various experimental techniques in my process. It originally started as an acrylic painting on ink toned paper to build up highlights from the darkness, which is an opposite approach than my normal heavy ink details over acrylic. I recently have been experimenting with synth tones from my new OP-1 which I felt added to the wonky digital manipulation. 

Killer Napkins is a St. Louis based artist focused on illustration, design, mural painting and sculpture. He shows his love for gritty and grimy sci-fi and creature design in his bright and heavy textured works. Killer Napkins sets out to explore a variety of mediums to bring his creeps to life.
