 The letter N. New. No Nonsense. Scratching the letters into the legs brings an emotional charge to the Newness of life, changing, etched into the skin. That self-inflicted marking that’s meant to communicate a statement - a symbol - like the # or name on a sports jersey - a way to identify someone: self-awareness and identification. (A new me and a new you.)
